*this could be a trigger, I don’t know…just..in case?*
I tried this diet about 3 years ago, and went totally overboard with it. It made me really sick so I had to stop. In a different mind set, I joined about a month ago and I’m doing really well with it, in a healthy way. I’m now becoming afraid that I may cross into going overboard with it again. I just really feel like I can do it this time, for real, and I don’t want to slip into old ways and habits.
Apologies for the personal post. Its just something I need to get off my chest.
